30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your BeauGutsy device. You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date shown by the carrier's tracking.
What Can Be Returned
- The device is unused and unopened, in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and protective films intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.
Hygiene notice: because our devices come into direct contact with skin, once a unit has been opened and used it can no longer be resold. Used or opened units therefore cannot be returned for reasons of personal preference. This does not affect your rights where the product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item (Our Cost)
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number plus clear photos or a short video. We will, at our choice, send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we cover all return and reshipping costs. Please do not discard the packaging until we advise you to.
Change of Mind (Return Shipping Paid by Buyer)
For unopened units returned within 30 days simply because you no longer want them, we refund the product price in full. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and no restocking fee is charged.
How to Start a Return
- Email beaugutsy@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return and photos.
- We reply with a Return Authorisation (RMA) number and the return address — please do not ship back without one.
- Send the parcel with a trackable shipping service and share the tracking number with us.
- Once received and inspected, the refund is issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch for a full refund. If the parcel has already been dispatched, please follow the return process above once it arrives.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds can take extra time to appear depending on your bank or PayPal. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was confirmed, contact us and we will chase it with the payment provider.
12-Month Limited Warranty
Every BeauGutsy device carries a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household or salon use. The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, misuse, commercial rental, drops or liquid damage, accessories considered consumables, or repairs by unauthorised third parties.
