PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

United States: 25–40 business days
Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia: 25–40 business days
Rest of world: 25–40 business days

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs clearance in your country can occasionally add time.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged when your parcel arrives. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these are the responsibility of the recipient. We're not able to predict or pay these charges on your behalf.

TRACKING

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email once your parcel is dispatched. If tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, email us and we'll chase the carrier.

UNDELIVERABLE OR LOST PARCELS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to the address you provide and can't redirect a parcel once it has left the warehouse. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (a further shipping fee may apply). If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
