Products and Pricing
All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images or colours are error-free. We may limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order that appears to be placed by a reseller or in breach of these terms.
Intended Use and Health Disclaimer
Our devices are intended for general body contouring, muscle relaxation and cosmetic wellness use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, have deep vein thrombosis, an active infection, or any implanted metal in the treatment area — consult a healthcare professional first.
Orders, Payment and Risk
Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. Payment is collected at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Customs and Import Taxes
For international shipments, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless your order explicitly included prepaid duties at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Except for the 12-month limited warranty described in our Refund & Returns Policy, our products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, BeauGutsy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or any amount exceeding the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under your local law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be resolved amicably where possible, failing which they may be submitted to the competent court in Guangzhou, China.
